We are excited to announce that the Buckley lab was awarded a 2017 pilot grant through the Emory/CHOA Pediatric Research Alliance for their proposal entitled “Improved Brain Monitoring after Pediatric Cardiac Arrest“. This 2 year project, awarded by the Children’s Center for Clinical and Translational Research Fusion Award, will investigate the effects of pediatric cardiac arrest on cerebral blood flow, oxygen metabolism, and cerebrovascular autoregulation through both preclinical and clinical experiments.
