New paper out that explores the cofounding influence of hematocrit on DCS
In our latest publication, lead author Eashani Sathialingam developed and validated a novel tissue-simulating phantom for DCS that contains hundreds of embedded micron-sized channels. Welcome Tara Urner to the Buckley Lab
We are excited to have a new lab member, Tara Urner, who is pursuing her PhD in the BME department at Emory/GT. Tara received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Earlham College in 2016 with major concentrations in Physics and Philosophy and a minor concentration in Computer Science. She is an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and is the founding member and secretary of the Biomedical Photonics Society (BiPS https://bipsgatech.github.io/), an OSA chapter within the BME department at Georgia Tech and Emory.
